Julie chose the Almarea dress in the warm tones of deep red & gold for her December 2006 wedding.
The dress was made in a deep red crush velvet with light gold embroidery and a mathcing light gold cape.
"I would like to say a very big thankyou for my very special dress, I felt like a queen on our wedding day, well everytime i tried it on actually. You have a magnificent talent and your work is perfect. The day I came to collect my dress is one I will remember forever, I got up early and drove 360 mile round trip ( never driven that far before) I was terrified about driving so far, but the thought of collecting my dress and bringing it home was beyond doubt one of the best feelings I've ever experienced. Our wedding day was over all too quick, but I shall remember how good my dress made me feel, the comments I received were ones I wished you could have heard. Thank you again, Emily, your a star" Julie

I just want to thank you for making such a wonderful and beautiful dress. I had a medieval theme for my wedding and the dress fit perfectly for it. The colors were fantastic. The dress was exactly how I envisioned it. Everyone loved the dress and said they haven't seen anything more beautiful. The dress was worth every penny. I felt like a real princess. Thank you. Vanessa Gard, from CO, USA Married in June 2005 in a bespoke design which I created for her.

She liked the Eowyn style, but wanted the top half of the dress to be in a deep red, with chiffon over the skirt and a poited wastline. So we created this adaption of the Eowyn dress.

Dear Emily, I picked up my dress yesterday and I honestly couldn't be happier with it. It fits perfectly and is even more beautiful than I imagined it would be. I especially love the embroidery and beading on the trim which is lovelier and more detailed in real life than shows up in the photos. I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you for all the work and care which you have put in to deliver to me my perfect wedding dress. Warm thanks, Bethany
Sarah Gregory from Bristol UK was married in July 2006 at the beautiful venue of Stoodliegh Court in Devon.
Sarah's dress was based on the origonal Elentari design, but we added a belt and chiffon over the skirt. The dress was in ivory with ivory embroidered bupion used for the top part f the sleeves and for the trims I used the embroidered dupion but enhanced it with silver embroidery thread and silver & mirrored beading.
Sarah sent these beautiful pictures and the following message:
John loved my dress, he thought it was just perfect for me and he particularly liked the bare laceup back! Everyone said how fantastic I looked and how wonderfully unusual it was to have a medieval wedding dress. My boots matched perfectly too!
John and I are very grateful for all the work you put into designing and making my dress and I'm particularly thankful that you helped me and my maid of honour with our dresses on the day. I'm also pleased that I have
some photographs of you helping me with me dress too.
Clare chose her dress from a design which I had done for the Lothiriel dress, but had not yet made a prototype of.
She wanted the bodice to be in a deep shade of velvet, either red, purple or green. As I used a few different fabrics in the dress, for the cape, trims, skirt, sleeves and bodice, it turned out that a red & gold colour cheme worked best.
Clare sent this message with some photos:
Thank you so much for all the hard work you put into making my dress - everyone who saw me was amazed by the dress - we even had people stopping us in the street and at the Abbey and asking about it! We had an absolutely amazing day, made even better by all your hard work. It was especially lovely that you came on the day - I didn't get to see that much of you, but it was really appreciated.
Patsy Fletcher from North Somerset, UK, had the celtic star dress with the Almarea style embroidery on the neckline.

Jackie had a mix between the Annarie & Almarea styles.
Dear Emily, thank you again for your amazing work and one magical dress. I am still surprised at how easy it was to order, send measurements and receive a beautiful and perfect dress. We certainly had the most beautiful day and I spent it in the most wonderful dress. Thank you!

Dawn Byrd from the USA had style Lothiriel in ivory with a champagne crushed velvet bodice and pale gold trims.
Dawn was married on the 23rd October, so I hope to have some pictures of her in the dress soon! Dawn was so lovely to work with and sent me some wonderful comments:
I picked up my dress from the post office yesterday and the fabric samples came today. When I went to the post office I felt like a little girl at Christmas! It was all I could do to not tear open the box and squeal!
I got the box home and very carefully opened it and almost cried when I saw the dress. It is soooo very gorgeous!! It made the trip in wonderful condition and is now hanging up in the closet.
I will of course send you pictures of the big event and hope you will post them so everyone can see how wonderful your work is.
You have been such a joy to work with, and I've never had someone care so much as you. My dress will not only be beautiful for my wedding, but it will make an heirloom to pass down. I see a bright future for you, and as you expand I hope you hold to the same values and caring personality you have shown. It has truly been a pleasure to work with you, and my dress is the one thing I know I don't have to worry about. Thanks so much for all of your time and effort into making my dream come true, and to the patience you must have had to have to deal with me as a bride.

Shereen had the luthien dress in white with silver embroidery. The dress was made with an on the shoulder neckline, and a thinner style fluted sleeve.
"I would just like to say that Emily is
amazingly talented and her wedding dress ideas are fantastic. I chose the lutherien style dress and was worried at first as I wasn't able to try it on to see what it would look like. However I needen't have worried as it was perfect and I absolutley loved it. I had many lovely comments on the wedding day itself saying how beautiful and unusual the dress was. I am so glad now I splashed out on this once in a lifetime garment and heartily recommend Emily to anyone thinking of purchasing their wedding dress from her. She is a complete professional who is passionate about her work. Thank you so much Emily for making my wedding day perfect. X

Sam's dress was based on a mix between the Celtic Star and Elentari dresses, with the bodice in a silk crush velvet and the embroidery enhanced with small swirls and leaves to make it more detailed.
I also made Sam a cape which had ivory vine embroidery up the back like on the train of the Luthien dress.
The Almarea tiara was made to match the dress.
The bouquet was made from large flowers and roses made from the fabrics of the dress with ivy and dried flowers to fill it out.

Collette is from Southern Ireland and had the Titania dress in pale green duchesse satin & silverflower detailing with a slimmer style skirt and a more on the shoulder neckline.
