Julie chose the Almarea dress in the warm tones of deep red & gold for her December 2006 wedding.

The dress was made in a deep red crush velvet with light gold embroidery and a mathcing light gold cape.

Elizabeth is from Norway and is getting married this December. She chose the Celtic Star dress in a beautiful shade of deep green duchesse satin, with matching green chiffon over skirt and for sleeves and gold embroidery. The BB18 Boots were made to match the dress in the dark green duchesse satin.

"I have received the dress and boots today, and Emily, you have done a fantastic job, it is absolutely beautiful!! I had to try it on as soon as I returned from the post office! When I finally managed to lace up the back on my own¿it was perfect!! No adjustments need to be made, and in fact, I have never tried on a dress with such a perfect fit. Thank you very much!"


Vanessa Gard, from CO, USA Married in June 2005 in a bespoke design which I created for her.

Vanessa wanted her dress to include layers of lace , a full skirt and a pointed bodice in white, silver & black.

I used a silver french matallic embroidered silk lace over white duchesse satin and then added black bead detail to the egges of the bodice and black lace to the edges of the skitr layers.
Her matching hair piece was created by Bronwen Grover (see accessories page for details).

She liked the Eowyn style, but wanted the top half of the dress to be in a deep red, with chiffon over the skirt and a poited wastline. So we created this adaption of the Eowyn dress.

Sarah Gregory from Bristol UK was married in July 2006 at the beautiful venue of Stoodliegh Court in Devon.
Sarah's dress was based on the origonal Elentari design, but we added a belt and chiffon over the skirt. The dress was in ivory with ivory embroidered bupion used for the top part f the sleeves and for the trims I used the embroidered dupion but enhanced it with silver embroidery thread and silver & mirrored beading.

Clare chose her dress from a design which I had done for the Lothiriel dress, but had not yet made a prototype of.
She wanted the bodice to be in a deep shade of velvet, either red, purple or green. As I used a few different fabrics in the dress, for the cape, trims, skirt, sleeves and bodice, it turned out that a red & gold colour cheme worked best.

Dawn Byrd from the USA had style Lothiriel in ivory with a champagne crushed velvet bodice and pale gold trims.
Dawn was married on the 23rd October, so I hope to have some pictures of her in the dress soon! Dawn was so lovely to work with and sent me some wonderful comments:

I picked up my dress from the post office yesterday and the fabric samples came today. When I went to the post office I felt like a little girl at Christmas! It was all I could do to not tear open the box and squeal!
I got the box home and very carefully opened it and almost cried when I saw the dress. It is soooo very gorgeous!! It made the trip in wonderful condition and is now hanging up in the closet.

I will of course send you pictures of the big event and hope you will post them so everyone can see how wonderful your work is.
You have been such a joy to work with, and I've never had someone care so much as you. My dress will not only be beautiful for my wedding, but it will make an heirloom to pass down. Annie had a variation on the Elentari dress for her winter wedding. We used silk crushed velvet for the bodice and gold trims embellished with small burgundy beads to compliment the burgundy cape which she had to match.

The dress had the same slim fitting skirt and split sleeves with finger loops as the original Elentari dress.

I also made Annie a matching tiara (this was the 'Almarea' tiara, in gold, ivory and burgandy)

Victoria chose the Titania dress for her wedding on new year's eve. She had the dress with a slimmer style skirt, shorter sleeves and an ivory cape.

The boots were made in the same fabric as her dress and especially extended to be higher. I also made her a shorter skirt to wear in the evening to show off the boots.

Victorias 5 Bridesmaids had claret dresses which were altered slightly to match in with her dress. I also made each of the bridesmaids a cape and a small flower as used on the titania dress which were attached to small bands which tied around the wrist.

Victoria also wore the Earendil tiara, in the frosted gold with beads.

                 Shereen had the luthien dress in white with                   silver embroidery. The dress was made                         with an on the shoulder neckline, and a                         thinner style fluted sleeve.

Sam's dress was based on a mix between the Celtic Star and Elentari dresses, with the bodice in a silk crush velvet and the embroidery enhanced with small swirls and leaves to make it more detailed.

I also made Sam a cape which had ivory vine embroidery up the back like on the train of the Luthien dress.

The Almarea tiara was made to match the dress.

The bouquet was made from large flowers and roses made from the fabrics of the dress with ivy and dried flowers to fill it out.
Collette is from Southern Ireland and had the Titania dress in pale green duchesse satin & silverflower detailing with a slimmer style skirt and a more on the shoulder neckline.

Also made to match the dress were the BH22 shoes in the pale green duchesse satin and the Earendil Tiara in silver with green beads.

Hi Emily , I have recieved both the Tiara and Wedding dress/shoes today and oh my god they are so beautiful!!!! Both me and mum were laughing so much and jumping up and down like hyperactive kids it was hillarious !
You have made us so very happy i just cant believe it, i have to keep pinching myself ,you are a wonder to behold!

The dress shimmered and looked illuminating with the gorgeous organza and lovely detailing of the silver flowers.
